60-Second BNPL Dispute Readiness Checklist

Verify whether your Buy Now Pay Later loan dispute satisfies mandatory statutory triggers under Regulation Z (12 C.F.R. § 1026.13) and Dodd-Frank Title X UDAAP.

1. Disputed Within 60 Days of Notice / Statement

You served written notice of the error within 60 days of the first billing statement displaying the disputed transaction (12 C.F.R. § 1026.13(b)(1)).
